Kicks
A very well-known move from pom dancing, made popular by the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders in the USA. This move is often used in pom dance routines.

Flexibility
Pom dancers practice extra flexibility so they can perform all their movements with grace and elegance.
This flexibility comes in handy not only for body positions but also for various jumps, pirouettes, and kicks!

Jumps
The toe touch is the most well-known jump in cheerleading. In poms dance, there are countless beautiful jumps.
To perform these jumps beautifully, a lot of work is done on flexibility and jumping power.

Synchronicity
Each step must be perfectly synchronized with the rest of the team. This creates many beautiful visual effects.

Showmanship
Every athlete must also demonstrate a considerable amount of showmanship to the jury in order to convince them of their perfect performance skills.

Endurance
Pom dancers always shine until the end of their routine. That's why they build up good stamina during lessons to maintain this charisma until the very last second.

Pirouettes
Pom dancers also practice their balance so that they can perform many different types of pirouettes and turns without losing their balance.
