Cheerleading is a sport that combines various acrobatic and gymnastic elements.
Cheerleaders originated as a way to support other sports teams during competitions, but under the branch ‘Allstar Cheerleading’ it has grown into a discipline in its own right.
Over the years, cheerleading has evolved into a highly athletic and competitive activity with an emphasis on teamwork, athletic ability, and showmanship.
